Description
Intense ruby red color with violet and purple hues, soft and captivating aroma of ripe cherry, violets, currants and undergrowth, typical black pepper and balsamic and aromatic notes of laurel and juniper. The taste reveals a rich, warm and savory taste, thanks also to the well-present but perfectly balanced tannins between softness and freshness, with a long persistence rich in sweet spicy returns.
Excellent with wild boar ragout, jugged hare, soup rich in mushrooms or with semi-aged cheeses.
