Description
Deep ruby color, an intense but moderately soft flavour with a nice bitter-sweet contrast, slightly acidic on the finish. Intense notes of red berries (blackberries, prunes), chocolate. In the mouth a dry, well-balanced, fruity wine with a cherry aftertaste. Great for drinking alone or with meat snacks. It can typically be enjoyed in combination with fish dishes and possibly to accompany cold cuts based appetizers. Goes well with red meat dishes.
